High Gloss polyester lacquer with anti-yellowing treatment with UV (Ultra Violet) drying process.Drawers: Drawer Carcass - 12mm thick wood particle panels, pressed with decorative "fabric looking" material. Drawers bottom - 4mm HDF (High-density Fibreboard) panels, pressed with decorative "fabric looking" material.Plinths: 18mm thick MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) coated with PVC in black finish on internal side and chromed on external side.Onda Handle: Aluminium handle in brill finish (chrome effect).Hardware: Solid beech wood dowels 8 or 10mm x 30 or 40mm. Carbonitrided and galvanized steel with zinc alloy patented joints guarantee certified strength and hold. Hinges are certified in compliance with din iso 9001 quality standard. They are subject to static load test (positive opening capacity), wear/durability tests (100,000 cycles of opening and closing with the added load 2x20n), safety testing and salt water resistance and condensation testing.
